Vanilla Berry Smoothie

A thick, creamy smoothie that tastes like a milkshake but packs in a full serving of fruit. Frozen berries give it that frosty texture without watering anything down, and a splash of vanilla ties everything together. It's sweet enough to feel like a treat, bright enough to wake you up.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk (whole or 2%)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)

Instructions

  1. Add 2 cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, ½ cup milk, 2 tbsp honey, and 1 tsp pure vanilla extract to the blender. If you want it extra thick and frosty, toss in 4 ice cubes.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 45 seconds. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend for another 15 seconds. You want zero chunks.
  3. Pour into two tall glasses. If the smoothie is too thick to pour easily, add a splash more milk and pulse once or twice to loosen it up.
