Vanilla Berry Smoothie
A thick, creamy smoothie that tastes like a milkshake but packs in a full serving of fruit. Frozen berries give it that frosty texture without watering anything down, and a splash of vanilla ties everything together. It's sweet enough to feel like a treat, bright enough to wake you up.

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk (whole or 2%)
- 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)
Instructions
- Add 2 cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, ½ cup milk, 2 tbsp honey, and 1 tsp pure vanilla extract to the blender. If you want it extra thick and frosty, toss in 4 ice cubes.
- Blend on high until completely smooth, about 45 seconds. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend for another 15 seconds. You want zero chunks.
- Pour into two tall glasses. If the smoothie is too thick to pour easily, add a splash more milk and pulse once or twice to loosen it up.
