- 1 medium Medium apple, cored and sliced into wedges (Gala, Honeycrisp, or Fuji work well)

Instructions
- Lay 2 large flour tortillas flat on a clean cutting board.
- Spread 2 tbsp dairy-free cream cheese or hummus evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border at the edges.
